Let’s gather.

Gather is a virtual space designed to support nervous system regulation through simple body-based tools.

This offering is informed by evidence-based research, thoughtfulness, and a consideration for sustainability.

Each day’s practice will run for about 22-minutes and will be organized in a similar fashion: settling in…steadying attention…transitioning out. A curriculum, which you may read about here, will guide our practice.

Mostly, we will sit and track our body’s gentle, intuitive movements. We’ll also track our meandering thoughts, and gradually build up our inner-foundation for observation.

Sessions will be offered live (at 8:15 a.m. pst) and asynchronously (available at 8:15 a.m. pst) per this schedule:

This work is offered freely and 80% of your donations will be passed along to 826LA, a non-profit organization focused on child and adolescent literacy and empowerment. On the “Why 826LA” page, you may read about 826LA and the reason I’ve chosen to donate 80% of donations to this organization.

In case we’ve not met, you may read about me here.
